Information Statements in accordance with Article 15 of the Securities Financing Transactions Regulation (SFTR)
The below SFTR Information Statements are provided by BMO, and its subsidiaries, to counterparties that have entered into, or may later enter into, title transfer collateral arrangements or security collateral arrangements containing a right to use. These agreements include, but are not limited to, industry standard forms of Global Master Repurchase Agreement (GMRA), Global Master Securities Lending Agreement (GMSLA) and the ISDA Master Agreement/Credit Support Annex (ISDA). The attached SFTR information statement provides information pertaining to the general risks and consequences that may be involved in consenting to a right of use of collateral provided under a security collateral arrangement or of concluding a title transfer collateral arrangement. The SFTR Information Statement was prepared by a number of industry groups representing market participants, including ISDA, ICMA, and SIFMA.
